We offer a unique product (made in Italy) - Aquatain AMF (500 ml) - a liquid product based on silicone for mosquito control.
            An environmentally friendly product that is safe for people, fish, animals and vegetation.
           Active ingredient: polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS silicone), 89%.
           Mode of action: Does not require special equipment for application. It is easily applied to the surface of stagnant water; forms a very thin film. The drug acts on the physical and mechanical level, maintaining its effectiveness for at least 4 weeks. A thin silicone film formed on the water surface after application prevents the development of mosquitoes in the intermediate stages (larvae and pupae), and also prevents the laying of eggs by female mosquitoes.
            Method of use and dosage:
            For large reservoirs: in the water of large lakes and ponds, 1 liter per 1000 m² is used.
            For small reservoirs: for stagnant water in drains, gutters, water tanks, old tires, Aquatain AMF is used at 1 ml per 1 m² (for information, one teaspoon contains 5 ml).
         Duration of action: 4 weeks. Additional information: The presence of PDMS silicone does not change such parameters of water as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, hardness, content of ammonia and nitrogen compounds. In particular, the amount of dissolved oxygen is within the limits acceptable for the survival of aquatic flora and fauna. PDMS silicone can come into contact with drinking water. Does not cause allergies.
